Sustainability also means making your sneakers last longer. Regular cleaning and proper protection help reduce waste and extend the life of your shoes. Avoid machine washing — instead, use dedicated sneaker cleaners, a brush, and a microfiber cloth.

Materials like suede and nubuck require special dry cleaning. Protect your shoes with sprays before wear, and reapply every 7–10 days to keep them safe from dust and moisture.
