Returns and replacements

If your order is 50€ or more, delivery is free.

You can return any product within 30 days from delivery, if the following conditions are met:

  • The item is unused, in original condition and packaging.
  • The product box is part of the product and must not be damaged.
  • Please reuse the original packaging if possible, or use a secure cardboard/plastic alternative.

Return options

Returns should be made using the same delivery method:

  • DPD: You'll get an SMS with a PIN code. At the DPD machine, select "Send or return parcel", enter the PIN, and follow the instructions. A return label will be printed.
  • SmartPOST:
    • Blue machines: return the item for free using the same code.
    • White machines: go to my.smartposti.ee, select "Return", enter parcel code and choose a machine.
  • Omniva: You’ll get an SMS with a return code. Use it at any Omniva parcel machine to return your order.

Returns policy

  • Returns accepted within 30 days of delivery (return shipping not refunded).
  • Goods must be unused and in original packaging.
  • Return must be packed properly to avoid damage. If packaging is damaged due to negligence, compensation may be required.
  • For incorrect, damaged or unsealed items, contact us immediately.
  • Risk transfers to the customer after delivery.

To initiate a return, email us at support@bangbangshop.com with:

  • Buyer’s name
  • Item to return
  • Order number
  • Reason for return
  • Bank account for the refund

Refunds

  • Returns are processed within 14 days after approval.
  • Refunds are issued to the same account used for payment.
  • Max refund processing time: 30 days.

  • Contact your bank for possible delays.
